Our training courses are aimed either inside the company, with courses and training for our administrative and workshop employees or outside, with academic spin-offs and high school internships.
In fulfillment of our belief, in 2019, inside our headquarters, we created the MP academy, a training school with a focus on mechatronics and the digitalization of business systems.
TRAINING STAGE
We host high school institutes and we take them to learn about the world of mechanics starting from the reception of an order, to the development of a project and the operations of machines and workers up to the storage and logistics phases.
ACADEMIC SPIN OFF
We collaborate with universities and in particular with the Federico II Institute of Naples in the implementation of research projects relating to mechatronics.
MP ACADEMY
In our headquarters in the industrial area of Brusciano, we have created a training school with a focus on mechatronics and corporate digitalization systems. The didactic activities are carried out in 4 all equipped classrooms plus a reception area and an outdoor parking.
